Who we are
USLI is a specialty insurance group committed to providing our customers with the highest quality specialty insurance products and superior customer service. Our company is also rated A++ by A.M. Best, the premier analyst of insurance companies in the U.S., and is a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies.
What we believe
It is important for us to be able to offer our employees a wide range of opportunities to give back and feel invested in our company. Many of our people do this through mentoring, coaching and volunteering. Additionally, our goal is to strengthen our community and culture by representing all races, genders, religions and sexual orientations. We understand that it is imperative to educate and immerse ourselves in others' realities, acknowledge our biases and challenge ourselves to look beyond our worldviews. Within our community, we continue to move conversations about diversity, equity and inclusion forward to ensure every community member has a sense of belonging, a voice and a seat at the table.
We are committed to making a difference in a variety of ways and encourage you to explore our community outreach efforts, as well as our CARE2 Fund at USLI, Inc. — a 501(c)3 that allows our employees to request donations to charities or causes to which they have a personal connection, as well as a portal for funds raised to support various causes selected by USLI.
Please note that we choose not to hire smokers/tobacco or nicotine users in states that don’t have employment protections for these individuals.
