The USLI Renewed You 2013 Wellness Challenge is here!
What is the challenge about? This challenge kicks off on January 7, 2013 and runs for 16 weeks. Each week there will be nutrition and exercise challenges that can earn your team points. Teams will support and motivate each other in continuing these healthy habits for the whole challenge.

Rules and Regulations >>
- Teams should consist of 2-5 individuals, and family members are welcome
- Each team will need a team captain
- Create a team name and submit an optional team picture
- Check out the nutrition and fitness resources to help you succeed in the challenge
- Each team member must submit their individual points to their captain from Monday to Sunday
- The captain will report “points earned” every Monday on our Web site
- The weekly leading teams will be highlighted on our Web site; i.e. bragging rights for sticking to a healthy way of life
- Customer participants have a chance at winning one of three spots to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
- USLI employees have a chance at winning one of two spots to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
