Junior Video Production Specialist
This position requires a self-motivated, hardworking and creative individual who is able to work under deadlines. This person should be well versed in the technologies required by video production and presentation delivery. Duties will require the individual to assist the Video Production Leader in developing videos for online classes; recording and editing classroom deliveries for streaming video and special events; and supporting presenters in developing special PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate must be able to receive feedback, have excellent communication skills and be a team player.
Actuarial Analyst – Specialty Lines
Conduct assessments of product health, by analyzing underwriting experience using actuarial and other techniques in support of community goal of a 57% loss ratio or better. Project losses to ultimate, calculate rate indications and prepare and defend rate filings with state insurance departments. Advise underwriters of business implications based on results of analyses. Monitor loss development and pricing changes; compile and maintain business monitors. Assist with Personal Auto insurance verification reporting.
Audit and Filing Specialist
Proactively audit the company’s products to improve overall performance and avoid problems. Accomplish this by challenging the underwriting processes, and particularly web-based systems, for all products. As called upon assist in development of statutory product filings and maintaining informational files for forms by state.
We are seeking energetic, driven, and dynamic recent college graduates for an elite training and development program. Our program is designed to bring recent college graduates and new people into the industry in entry level sales positions at retail insurance agencies and professional wholesalers. Our goal is to develop these candidates into premier sales people who can drive new business opportunities into our customers’ offices. We have positions available in a variety of states. No experience is needed as we will train you. Each participant receives a custom training and development plan and works closely with a dedicated sales manager to ensure that they are learning the insurance business and developing their sales skills. Applicants should have a college degree, demonstrate strong communication, analytical and organization skills and have the ability to work independently and compete in a fast paced environment. Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a qualified candidate to lead a group of sales people employed by our customers and enrolled in a sales and insurance training program designed to bring youth, energy and new business into our customer’s offices. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, monitoring work performance, building customer relationships and daily communication with sales people and principals/owners at customers’ offices. Candidates should have insurance experience, a history of successful planning and execution of business travel, a track record of business development, strong communication and organizational skills and be willing to spend 50% of their time on the road with customers and sales people.
The individual will set up visits with agencies that have the business we want. This person will make outbound calls on behalf of USLI and set up meetings for our travel team. The process is carried out through internet research, networking, verbal communication, establishing retailer visits and optional travel upon completion of the marketing and role play process.

Successful candidate will take calls and webchats handling 50 products among Professional, Personal, Commercial, Liquor and Nonprofit lines.
Instant Quote Private Label Underwriter - Bilingual
Successful candidates must be fluent in Spanish (written and oral communication). Candidate will take calls and webchats handling 50 products among Professional, Personal, Commercial, Liquor and Nonprofit lines.Openings: Personal Lines team, San Ramon team(CA), South Central team(TX), Midwest team - Chicago Office (2 openings), New England Commercial Lines team.
Team Leader - Renewals
Lead and direct underwriting staff in Marketing and Underwriting matters within assigned territory. Implements the Department plan within your team in the selection and pricing of new and renewal risks. Implement and monitor and adjust as necessary, a detailed marketing plan for your team that will ensure a 100% effort in communicating our team story. Develop underwriting staff by establishing, monitoring and adjusting as necessary, an annual Training and Development Plan for each underwriter. Openings: Professional team, Liquor team and Mid-Atlantic Commercial Lines teams.
Underwriters – Travel
We are seeking experienced underwriters to work closely with our customers in underwriting our products for new business. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians, willing to travel and effective at establishing and building good customer relations. Openings: Personal Lines team, Non Profit Package team, San Ramon team(CA), Midwest team - Chicago, Office South Central team(TX), and Mission Viejo team(CA).

We are seeking an individual to work closely with our customers in underwriting our renewal business. Candidate should have either a minimum of three years underwriting experience to be considered for an underwriting position. Successful applicants will be strong insurance technicians and effective at establishing and building meaningful customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills are a must.Openings: Personal Lines team.
Successful candidate will provide support for the Underwriting Teams by demonstrating excellent service in the binding and set up of new and renewal business, handling customer correspondence and endorsement requests. All responsibilities are to be handled within departmental guidelines and company established service standards. Openings: Non Profit Package Team, Mountain/Northwest team, Austin, TX - South Central team, Mission Viejo, CA team, Oakbrook, IL - Midwest team.
