Executive Assistant While working with the executive team, this person will schedule meetings and keep calendars, review incoming mail/email and help to prepare outgoing correspondence, assist with the preparation of agendas and tracking of deadlines, be able to anticipate and work independently - on projects, meetings, and other projects proactively. This person must be assertive in a professional manner, communicate in a consistent manner and possess excellent writing and editing skills. This person must be conscientious, flexible, and committed to giving 100% on a day-to-day basis. Maintaining confidentiality on all daily as well as sensitive matters is of utmost importance. This person may assist with making personal travel arrangements for the executive team and will maintain Soft Time (time-off) records and Visio reports..
Accounting - Data Analyst We are looking for an energetic individual to join our Accounting Team as a Data Analyst. This individual will be responsible for creating reports from data in order to assist the organization in business decisions and Insurance Department reporting. Proficiency in SQL Data Extraction, Crystal Reports, & Excel is required. Accounting knowledge is a plus. Candidates should possess communication & problem solving skills.
Liability Claims Examiner This position is responsible for the handling of excess, umbrella, liquor liability and general liability claims in compliance with Claim Department Commandments to meet our Company Goal of a 90% combined ratio.
Underwriters – Travel We are seeking experienced underwriters to work closely with our customers in underwriting our products for new business. We currently have openings on the Professional Lines (San Ramon, CA), Greater Metro New York Regional Commercial Lines and Midwest Regional Commerical Lines, Professional Lines (Southeast and New England) Teams. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians, willing to travel and effective at establishing and building good customer relations.
Underwriters – Home Office We are seeking experienced underwriters to work closely with our customers in underwriting. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians and effective at establishing and building good customer relations.
Underwriter - Renewal We are seeking an individual to work closely with our customers in underwriting our renewal business. You must have a minimum of three years underwriting experience. Successful applicants will be strong insurance technicians and effective at establishing and building meaningful customer relationships. Strong negotiation skills, a must. We currently have an opening on the Professional Renewal Team and our Commercial Regional Renewal Team.
Underwriting Assistant - San Ramon, CA We are seeking an Underwriting Assistant in our Western Regional Professional Liability Branch Office located in San Ramon, CA. This position involves the binding of new and renewal business with agents and brokers on a daily basis, the endorsement servicing of existing policies and the review of underwriting information in support of our underwriting team. Good organizational and communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service and an attention to detail are required. College degree preferred. One to two years insurance experience is a plus. If you are a high energy, enthusiastic person, focused on people, service and teamwork, this is a great entry position into Underwriting.

Underwriting Assistant We are seeking an Underwriting Assistants for our Greater Metro NY Regional Commercial Lines Team, Midwest Regional Commercial Lines Team and Professional Lines Team. Successful candidate will provide support for the Underwriting Teams by demonstrating excellent service in the binding and set up of new and renewal business, handling customer correspondence and endorsement requests. All responsibilities are to be handled within departmental guidelines and company established service standards.
