Our Personal Umbrella Product for Preferred Applicants is designed for households without drivers under the age of 23 or over the age of 75 and who do not have local or national name and face recognition. Pricing can be as low as $160 and rewards risks with clean driving records. This product is available on an admitted basis in more than 40 states
