Designed for one to four family dwellings. Our product is available on either a Dwelling Package Basic or Dwelling Package Special form.
Product Features
- One to four family tenant occupied dwellings and two to four family owner occupied dwellings are eligible
- Dwellings in coastal areas can be written excluding wind
- Applicants with 1 prior loss acceptable
- Dwelling Package Special Form available for completely updated dwelling over 25 years old
- Trusts, estates, limited partnerships and family partnerships may be written as the named insured
- Available in all states except AL, AK, CA, HI, KY, TN, LA, MS, WV
- Can be written property only or as package
- No mandatory roof exclusion
- Discount available for higher deductibles
