Available for owner occupied condominium units, tenant occupied condominium units or dwellings rented to an insured.
Product Features
- Units in coastal areas can be written excluding wind
- Offered on a Homeowners-6 Insurance Services Office Coverage Form
- Applicants with prior losses are acceptable
- Risks in protection class 1-9
- Risks with central heat
- Trusts, estates, limited partnerships and family partnerships may be written as a named insured
- Available in all states except: AL, AK, AR, CA, FL, HI, KY, LA, MS, WV and DC
- Secondary and seasonal locations rented on a weekly or monthly basis are eligible
- Coverage A and C limits up to $100,000 each
- Replacement cost on contents for owner occupied condominiums or any insured occupied risk
- Credits available for central station alarms
