Product Features
- No restrictions on length of vacancy
- 3, 6, 9 and 12 month policies available
- Short-term policies can be extended by endorsement with no need to issue a new policy
- Liability coverage includes medical payments and fire legal liability
- Special Form and Replacement Cost coverages are available on buildings less than 25 years old
- Loss of rents coverage is available for up to 6 months with a copy of the signed lease
- Buildings undergoing interior renovations up to 50% of the existing building value (not to exceed $250,000 by insured contractors) are eligible
