Professional Liability Travel Underwriter/Northeast-Mid Atlantic Regional Team Leader

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who will lead and direct travel and home office professional underwriters in the Northeast – Mid Atlantic Region in marketing and underwriting matters. Responsibilities include implementing the department plan within your team in the selection and pricing of new risks, traveling to assigned customers and territories, identifying new products and opportunities, maintaining technical competency, underwriting and servicing new professional lines business, implementing a detailed marketing plan for their team, developing marketing and sales skills for the individuals on their team, providing leadership for marketing, visitation and telemarketing to our customers and to our customers’ customers, identifying opportunities and driving more retail business into customers’ offices via effective retail visits and retail seminars, processing customer requests for quotes, re-quotes, endorsements and other miscellaneous items, participating in interviewing new underwriting candidates. Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years prior underwriting experience required. RPLU, CPCU, ASLI, INS or other related coursework preferred.

Professional Liability Travel Underwriter/Midwest-Southwest Regional Team Leader

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who will lead and direct travel and home office professional underwriters in the Midwest-Southwest Region in marketing and underwriting matters. This person will be able to implement the department plan within their team in the selection and pricing of new risks. Responsibilities include traveling to assigned customers and territories, identifying new products and opportunities, maintaining technical competency, underwriting and servicing new professional lines business. Implementing a detailed marketing plan for their team, developing marketing and sales skills for the individuals on their team, providing leadership for marketing, visitation and telemarketing to our customers and to our customers’ customers, identifying opportunities and driving more retail business into customers’ offices via effective retail visits and retail seminars, providing feedback to Product Team Leaders and Product Leaders regarding any changes necessary to keep an individual product competitive and/or profitable and participating in interviewing new underwriting candidates. Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who will be responsible for leading a group of 50/50 people, employed by our customers, to increase our customers’ new business submissions, quotes and premium through the promotion of retail Web based and telephone quoting systems. This person will be responsible for overseeing the initial training of the successful candidates and traveling with the 50/50 people on a weekly basis to ensure that they are on the right track. This person will be in contact with each assigned 50/50 person at a minimum on a weekly basis, either in person or via telephone. Responsibilities include communicating with the Principal at the customers’ offices to ensure that we are working together to make this a success and promptly bringing to their attention any issues affecting the performance of their 50/50 person and achieving resolution, working closely with their leader to ensure this program is constantly being improved, Performing reviews and check points and providing written feedback to 50/50 people and the customer Principals. Approximately 40 percent of time will be spent traveling. College degree or equivalent industry experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. A history of successful planning & execution of customer travel, especially including customer’s customer visits.

Regional Sales Executive - Personal Lines - California

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who wants to relocate to the Mission Viejo area. Responsibilities include driving growth of Personal Lines submissions, quotes, and premium through the daily promotion of Personal Lines products, service, and system capabilities within a defined geographic territory. The Regional Sales Executive – Personal Lines will work with team members to develop and execute a detailed marketing plan that will ensure a 100% team effort in communicating our Company and Team story. Travel expectation is approximately 4 nights per month. Requirements include a College degree or equivalent industry experience, strong oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. A history of successful planning and execution of customer travel, especially customers’ customers visits, is also needed.

Underwriting Assistant

We are seeking an Underwriting Assistants to support our underwriters by providing excellent service and technical assistance in the binding and setting up of new and renewal business. Duties include working with customers both directly and indirectly on a daily basis to process customer bind
requests, issue policy endorsements, request and review underwriting information. You must have good organizational and communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service and have a keen sense for details. College degree preferred. One to two years insurance experience are a plus. If you are a high energy, enthusiastic person, focus on people, service and teamwork, this is a great starting point in Underwriting.

Policy Services Team - Policy Issuer

Janitor

Responsible for the daily cleaning and overall cleanliness of the community’s interior premises. Perform common janitorial duties associated with such daily cleaning. Essential job duties include emptying trash, cleaning and vacuuming carpeting, cleaning blinds and valances, dusting work areas including furniture and equipment, cleaning and maintaining kitchen, restroom and fitness center areas, mopping and polishing floors, cleaning water fountains and assisting in all other cleaning assigned by leadership. Special skills include vacuuming, mopping and floor polishing, commitment to service, someone who is detail oriented and has the ability to work independently. This is a nighttime position. Work hours will range from approximately 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work on an overtime basis may be required. No supervisory responsibilities.
