Representative - West Region
Janitorial Supervisor
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who will be responsible for the overall leadership, supervision and training of nighttime janitorial team. Perform janitorial work in unison with the janitorial team members. Oversee the quality of cleaning and address areas of improvement as needed. Teach and assign work to janitor team members, monitor performance of work completed by team members and keep senior leadership apprised of any problem areas. Complete performance reviews quarterly with ability to give feedback to the team on a daily basis. Minimum Associates Degree. Must have 5 + years of janitorial and supervisory experience in a corporate or institutional setting. Must have experience leading teams of 8 or more people in a janitorial setting.
Professional Lines Sales and Marketing Representative - West Region
The Professional Lines team is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, people oriented person to drive our Professional Lines Product Initiative out of our California office. This position requires relocation to the California office, the ability and desire to travel on a regular basis. The essential functions this sales position are to work with key professional lines customers in the west region to identify retailers with books of professional lines business placed with direct writers. After identifying these opportunities, making visits with our customers to retailers to sell our product advantages, service and support will be required. Successful applicants will be effective at establishing and developing good customer relations and have strong sales skills. Assuming this position will require new hire(s) to attend training in our Wayne, Pennsylvania office.
Private Label Service Representatives
We are looking for successful candidates who will enter an extensive and intensive training program designed to teach the proper selection and pricing of risks in accordance with our company objectives, underwriting guidelines and fundamentals in order to achieve an underwriting profit. Training will include instruction on department-wide processes and workflow's as well various computer applications supporting our business. Additional training will be provided for effective customer service and telephone etiquette. Candidates will select and price new business risks in accordance within our company standards and guidelines. Candidates must understand and be able to articulate company and Team stories to Customers. Previous insurance and/or telemarketing experience preferred
Casualty Claim Unit Leader
Our Claims Team is looking for a Casualty Claim Unit Leader. This person would be responsible for people development, administrative and technical claim leadership, ensuring compliance with company objectives, claim commandments, community goals and statutory regulations. Functions of the job include but are not limited to the following: administrative leadership duties; assigning new claims and provide direction to examiners with respect to coverage, reserving, investigation, claim resolution and litigation management; provide authorization for reserves and settlement, consistent with established authority levels; responds to inquiries from customers, retail agents, attorneys, claimants and policyholders concerning coverage questions, claim handling and claim status.
Sales Enhancement - Account Executive
We are actively seeking a new member for the Sales Enhancement Team. The candidate must have a strong desire to significantly contribute in the defined role while exuding energy and creativity. The individual will research potential retailers through out the country, setting prospect meetings between the retailer and our wholesale customers, ultimately establishing the first touch of communication. This process is carried out through internet research, networking, verbal communication, establishing retailer visits and optional travel. This position provides the opportunity to earn significant bonuses and commissions. Property and Casualty License or Certificate of Insurance is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or relative experience is required.
Underwriters – Travel
We are seeking experienced underwriters to work closely with our Customers in underwriting on one of the following teams: Professional and Property and Casualty. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians, willing to travel and effective at establishing and building good customer relations.
Underwriters – Home Office
We are seeking experienced underwriters to work closely with our Customers in underwriting. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians and effective at establishing and building good customer relations.
Underwriters – Renewals
We are seeking experienced people to work closely with our customers in underwriting our products for renewals. Minimum of three years underwriting experience or financial services related. Successful applicants will be strong technicians, possess attention to detail and effective at reinforcing good customer relations.
